Olivia Inge reveals her plan to stick pins in the Cabinet

Hedsor House – the historic country manor in Buckinghamshire where Brad Pitt, the Downton Abbey cast and Tom Hardy have all shot scenes – was transformed by Mayfair nightclub Mahiki into a Polynesian-inspired society summer bash over the weekend.

As guests, including hotel heiresses Lydia and Irene Forte, washed down a steak and lobster tail BBQ with coconut cocktails across the 100-acres lawn, one tipsy party-goer opened up about her conspiracy theory.

Fashion model Olivia Inge, descendant of 19th century British Prime Minister William Gladstone, told Miss S: “I love being silly in front of the cameras in a beautiful frock but I’m just as much a model as anyone else. We are surrounded by drones – the whole world is a photo shoot. It’s all about being and feeling beautiful in your surroundings.”

While playfully rejecting her status in the fashion world, Olivia is actually on the brink of a big career change. “I’m a hippie at heart, in the purest sense” she explains of true calling, Chinese Medicine, specifically syncing the body, mind and soul. “I get my permission to practice in August and will hopefully have my own clinic set up by the end of that month in Fulham.”

While Inge says she wants to treat as many people as possible, there are a few clients in particular that she has her sights set on:

“I’d love to practice on Jack Nicholson, the flavour of the month. I’d like to get my needles in his body. Most importantly, I’d also like to do the Cabinet.

Especially with everything that’s going on at the moment – keep them in the right frame of mind so that they can make the right choices and not do things on a whim or without very considered thought. Luckily Theresa May seems like she takes the time to consider her actions and doesn’t make rash decisions.”

Alas, if only Olivia was a qualified acupuncturist while Mr Cameron was still in office….
